In order to offer a great urban game, we must develop a better understanding of how our target user – i.e. city dwellers who wish to be active – perceive and use the urban context.
We have already observed pedestrians´, cyclists´, and other users´ behavior.
The next step is to analyze more into detail the spaces where our games take place. A great tool for this, is the “Four Planes Analysis” as presented in ‘Active Design – Shaping the sidewalk experience’.
